In der touristischen Nutzung alter Gebäude und dem Aufbau des Hotels in Kemnath fand die engagierte Familie ihre höchst persönliche und spannende Antwort. Mehrere der Bestandsgebäude im Dorf werden peau a peau mit viel Liebe zum Detail saniert und für Besucher modernisiert.
Somit entstanden die Hollerhöfe.
